not nitpicking
I have an actual disagreement with the argument of Jimmy Greenfield's column today, rather than the form, which means Red's opinion pieces may actually be doing what they's supposed to do. Though this blog isn't entirely cynical about RedEye, I wouldn't want it to give the rag too much credit yet, so I've posted my argument on my own blog here.
